Way ahead of its time! Johnny Guitar Watson out of Texas was 19 at the time and was looking for a new sound when he cut Space Guitar. Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa and other inventive guitarists admired Watson, who was also a singer and flamboyant showman. tfg 11.23.2025
